The growth was observe by spectrofotometri OD 600 nm, degradation of Deltamethrin analyzed by HPLC and IAA production has been analyzed by using Salkowski{\textquoteright}s method.The result showed that 5 isolates bacteria tested can grow well on media with a salinity of up to 5\%, except bacteria A1T1.the growth inhibited on media with a salinity of 5\%.All bacteria grow well on media with 50 ppm Deltamethrin only on media without NaCl addition.The addition NaCl on media with 50 ppm Deltamethrin inhibited the growth all bacteria tested.The ability of 5 bacteria to degrade Deltamethrin tested on media with 125 ppm Deltamethrin without NaCl addition. All bacteria able to degrade Deltamethrin,18,617 to 46,895 mg / l after 1 hour incubation . 5 bacterial tested, also able to produce hormones IAA. Highest IAA production 0f B1 bacteria (0.5714 ppm) and A1T1(0.578 ppm) achieved on media with 5\%, salinity while bacteria11 (0.657 ppm), bacteria 13 (0.819 ppm) , and 14 bacteria achieved on media with 2\%salinity , all after 1 day of incubation.}, keywords = {Bacteria, Deltamethrin, IAA, salinity}, author = {Dyah Supriyati} }
